  • Orders and shipping: Shopify sync, routing rules, pick lists, the pack station, bulk shipping, local pickup
  • Inventory: products, bins, adjustments, purchase orders and receiving, cycle counts
  • Team basics: TidyChat, tasks, company calendar, SOP library
  • Admin: roles and permissions, warehouses, integrations, reports
  • The four apps: TidyCentral, TidyPick, TidyRoute, TidyChat
  • One install per customer with its own database and address

Hosting is included: your own server and database, backups, updates.

How is billing handled?

Monthly, by card, through Stripe. Your subscription is the base plan plus the add ons you have switched on. A link to the Stripe customer portal lets you update the card, see invoices or cancel.

Can we cancel any time?

Yes. There is no annual contract. Cancel from the customer portal. The install keeps running until the end of the period you have paid for, plus a grace period.

Is hosting included?

Yes. We run your install, its Postgres database, its backups and its updates. There is no separate hosting fee.

Can I buy just the Support Desk?

Not yet: every install starts with the base plan, add ons sit on top. Ask us if that is the only piece you need.

Can we get our data out?

It is your database. Orders export to CSV from the app, and we hand over a full database backup on request.

What does support look like?

Email support is included with every plan. The getting started work (the Shopify connection, the mailbox, the carrier account) is done with you, not left to a document.
