The service

TidyCentral is provided as one install per customer, hosted by us under a license. The base plan and any add ons you subscribe to are listed on the pricing page.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Add ons are added or removed on the next billing period. You can cancel at any time; the install stays available until the end of the paid period plus a grace period.

Your data

Data in your install is yours. You can export it from the app, and you can ask for a full database backup.

Acceptable use

Use the service for your own company's operations and keep your sign in credentials to yourself. Do not attempt to access another customer's install.

Availability and support

We aim to keep hosted installs available around the clock, with upgrades applied during low traffic hours. Email support is included with every plan.

Liability
