What this site collects

The demo request form collects the name, company, email address, store URL, order volume and message you type in. We use them to reply about the demo and for nothing else. The site does not set advertising cookies.

What the product stores

Each customer has a separate install with its own database. It holds the data your company puts into it or syncs from the services you connect: Shopify orders and customers, carrier labels, support emails, time clock punches and so on. That data belongs to the customer.

Hosting and processors

Installs run on infrastructure we manage. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers. Services you connect (Shopify, your carrier, your mailbox provider and any optional integrations) handle data under their own terms.

Retention and deletion

Demo requests are kept until the conversation is finished. A cancelled install and its database are deleted after the grace period, with a backup handed over on request first.
